Cancellation Policy

The studio reserves the right to cancel sessions with fewer than 2 registered participants 45 minutes before the scheduled start time. Client cancellations can be made 45 minutes before the scheduled start time either online or through the app under "My Bookings." If your cancellation falls within the 45-minute window, please contact 403-828-2566 if you cannot attend your session. Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in the loss of your booking.
