Our Pilates classes are a low-impact workout that focuses on strengthening the core, improving flexibility, and promoting overall body alignment. Through controlled movements and mindful breathing, it helps improve posture, balance, and muscle tone. Suitable for all fitness levels, Pilates enhances both strength and mobility while reducing the risk of injury. You can think of this class as the golden middle between a yoga flow and a Barre class.

Cancellation Policy
Studio Cancellation: The studio reserves the right to cancel sessions with fewer than 2 registered participants 45 minutes before the scheduled start time. Client Cancellation: Cancellations can be made online or through the app under "My Bookings." If your cancellation falls within the 45-minute window, please contact 403-828-2566 if you cannot attend your session. Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in the loss of your booking.
