Cancellation Policy

Studio Cancellation: Aura Studios reserves the right to cancel the event if minimum participation is not met. In such cases, registered participants will receive a full refund. Client Cancellation: Registrations for this event are nonrefundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another individual or request a credit toward a future event, provided you notify us at least 12 hours before the event. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in the loss of your booking. Please contact us at 403-828-2566 or email the studio to arrange a transfer or credit.
