Yin & Pin

Join Sarah-Dash Arbuckle for a luxurious blend of yin yoga & acupuncture. Both modalities work on the energetic channels of the body to improve the flow of energy & create space in the body.

During this two-hour workshop, you will be led through a yin yoga practice, where time and gravity will allow you to deepen your stretch, elongate your fascia and release your ligaments.  

The session will then end with an extra-long savasana where acupuncture will be utilized to complement the yoga practice, encourage continued energy flow throughout the body, and promote deep relaxation.
