Then join Inara for these sweat-inducing contortion classes where you will learn proper positioning & prep for safe and controlled splits, backends &/or straddle. Each of these six-week series is designed to take you deeper than you have ever gone before!
In each series, you will be doing a similar sequence every week and tracking your progress. These series will include active and passive stretching, nerve glides, soft tissue prep and end range control strengthening to further your flexibility in a safe way.
These classes are for all flexibility and fitness levels! Bring your own foam roller!
